"We had dinner here on a recent trip to appenzel. the menu offers many traditional dishes as well as some recent creations. eating was very good. everything was perfectly cooked. after a delicious mixed green salad with citrus suits we had the sauteed...liver with rosti and the sea red salmon with risotto. the wine list was beautiful and the service was very good. we're coming back!"
