"Thank you for my colleague's surprise for his birthday. A small dish, however, on the Flemish carbonnade that has not tasted too much with a meat not simmered enough as in our memories."

"Very convenient restaurant just south of Lens and near the Vimy Ridge memorial. Typically French with good choice of meats including some excellent steaks. One of our group was vegetarian and whilst the menu had nothing suitable the chef did made a very nice salad of everything available in the kitchen. The starters were both visually attractive and very tasty. Main course were ample, with tender meat and a mountain of chips. Recommend if in the area."
