"We had dinner at this taverna on our last night in Bergamo. It's a classic rustic taverna with excellent red house wine and traditional dishes. We tried four dishes, a salad, dessert, house wine and finally some grappa and we liked everything. The place was full of locals and we really liked the vibrant atmosphere. The waitresses were very polite and helpful, although they didn't communicate very well in English."

"We had just a few hours in Bergamo between flights and we were recommended this restaurant, got one of the last tables for the evening and we were so happy we did. Our waiter, a bald gentlemen with beard, went above and beyond to give us a good experience. We had some great local wine, the tastiest casoncelli and really, really good beef with polenta, followed by delicious tiramisu. They have a good choice of alcohol-free cocktails, our son was very happy with his mojito. If I return to Bergamo, I’ll eat here again."
