"What a fantastic little restaurant. Stumbled across this place walking around the old town. I ordered the belly pork outstanding came with loverly mash and gravy and a bowl of fresh veg. Wife hit the fish pie also very good. Service was old school excellent. So great food great service and great price. Would highly recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"Christmas dinner. eating was amazing, the owners are brilliant, in front of the house, fantastic welcoming, kim makes them feel so comfortable. there are no hurry of curses, take their time and enjoy eating. eating deserves their undivided attention, because it is cooked to perfection, even my very fussy husband steak was perfect. the rest of our party chose the traditional Christmas dinner, moist truthahn and bark meat that melted in the mouth. fabulous veg selection and both truthahn and bark sword. the appetizers and sweets had to die. I can't wait to return. 5 stars aren't enough! Would you like to forgive more in any case 5*"
