"Nous cherchions un resto qui propose autre chose que des fruits de mer vers Centuri et nous avons rencontré Oreste ! Il nous a servi des beignets de fromage à tomber par terre puis des cannellonis au brocciu devant un extraordinaire coucher de soleil. Dans 10 ans on s'en souviendra encore ! Sa philosophie c'est offrir des moments authentiques à ses clients. C'est réussi ! Loin des restos à touristes, il cultive une cuisine simple avec amour. Il est accueillant et passionné.
