"After a 6 hours hike at the top of Valle Maggia, we were looking for a nice place for dinner and simple healthy meal and found out fortunately this Ristorante della Posta in the center of Cevio. Excellent beef filet with delicious grilled vegetables and crispy french fries with nice and helpful table service."

"The location of Grotto Franci is magical, at the foot of the mountain side, lined with tables between huge rocks. Service is very pleasant and friendly. The food is typical grotte fare: grilled meat, polnta, local cured meat, cheese etc. On a warm summer evening it is one of the better places to be. Personally, I would not take the ribs because they are undercooked technically: ribs must be kept until the fat melts, which takes a few hours. The Polnta is excellent, for example with Gorgonzola or local cheese."
