"I came here to meet a few work colleagues for coffee and cake. The coffee was very nice but we were a bit disappointed by the selection of cakes where was the Carrot cake which looks so nice on the website? which were quite limited. The staff were quite friendly but they soon cleared our table once we had finished and they seemed to in a hurry for us to leave which was a shame as we would have stayed longer than an hour. As it was when we left, at 12.10, there were no other customers there despite it being Lunch time on a Friday so it would not have mattered if we had stayed longer. On paying the bill, the prices were quite high for what we had £7 for a coffee and an average slice of cake so quite disappointing really and nothing special."

"Disappointed with the food. We had Sunday lunch, Pork and Crackling, when the food arrived there was no crackling on the plate or veg with the dinner, when asked about these items the waiter came out with a dish of veg that was not very hot and also very hard, He stated there was no Crackling. The dish was advertised as Pork and Crackling but we weren't advised of no crackling before being served the dish or offered an alternative."

"We come here regularly as it's always good. The food is great and there's a big menu to choose from. The staff are friendly too. It has a lovely atmosphere and interior. The mozzarella fritta are the best anywhere. The only small niggle for me is they can be a bit mean with the saute potato portion. Everything else is great but we usually order an extra portion of fries. I definitely hope they take this on board as a few more on each plate would make a big difference. It is very well priced and they do lovely specials. Our son had the lobster thermidor for the first time and loved it. The steaks are always good too. Definitely recommend a visit."
