"In town for a school event with my child. Found this restaurant on trip advisor and brought my child and her music teacher here for dinner. Small, fairly intimate dining space, but plenty of elbow room and good spacing so as not to hear conversations at other tables. Our server was very professional. Timing of food delivery was well-paced to permit enjoyable time with dinner companions and not wonder when the next dish was coming out. I enjoyed the scallops served over beet risotto, which was a new experience for me. (And one I would gladly repeat. I would (and will come here again until I have tried every dish on the menu. Make a reservation!"

"This was our first time dining at this restaurant on May 19. We were welcomed in, which was the only plus. The bread came out hard as if it was cooked earlier and then microwaved, which we had to request new and the second order came out much better. Themain course we ordered was sausage and peppers rustica and mussels pernod . The food came to the table looking great expect themussels. The shells were shattered to little pieces and we were digging out slivers of shells from the pasta, worried if we weregonna accidentally swallow them. We requested a new plate as we should. The server brought it to the managers attention and hecomes to our table. Without apologizing for the inconvenience he goes on to say ?you have to understand mussels can be flaky?his exact words. My mother and I look at each other stunned as to why he thought that was the best description for whathappened. They cook up another dish separating the pasta from the mussels and the mussels came out better and NOT FLAKY as hewould call it. The icing on the cake was when they brought out the vacuum while the restaurant was open. Those who work in arestaurant know it?s not the electric vacuum but the commercial restaurant vacuum that is to be used before or after hours. Iwish I had more compliments to give but I don?t. Sad to say. They took the dish that had all of the broken shells on but thiswas all we had to show that we weren?t making it up."

"Food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the shrimp scampi, mussels, the signature steak, and for desert the bread pudding. We sat outside and it was comfortable with large fans and tents, and not too much noise despite being next to the parking lot. We went for restaurant week so it was 3 for $44 but I still feel the regular prices were fair for the food being served. Service was great, the waitress was kind and checked on us regularly without being overbearing and the managers checked in on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. My only complaint is the lack of parking, I had to park in a curbside parking spot because there was literally maybe 20 spaces for the entire restaurant and they were completely full, so your best bet is to show up a little early and try to catch someone leaving their spot as you are coming in."
