"Been a customer or the Caira families world renowned ice cream shop since the early 80s these days only visit Broughty Ferry a half a dozen times a year but never fail to visit the famous shop don't let the often length of the street queue put you off there is reason for this the ice cream is so good , but side step the main cue and enter their Italian cafe for fine dining restaurant quality freshly cooked Italian food for almost 70 years this amazing family business has brought joy to countless visitors and locals alike I truly hope many more generations will bring their grandchildren to carry on the tradition that no visit to Broughty Ferry is complete until you visit the Famous Visocchi's"

"Had a lovely pasta alfredo. Wine nice, staff pleasant. My only minor crticism is it's a wee bit bright for my liking and the lighting could be dimmed down a bit. Just a personal preference though and food was lovely."

"An adorable little nook of a bistro with pizza and ice cream, just the thing to hit the spot for a full lunch The pizzas were large and sumptuously cooked, even let me take what I couldn't eat home with me in a doggy bag. The ice creams were wonderfully melt-in-mouth and blended with puddings in a perfect union Super glad I decided to look in, it may well be my favourite bistro in the city, even the country! The staff were cheerisome, the food was exceptional and the ambience was chill. Will definitely return!"
