"We ate a la carte in the restaurant. we were offered an aperitif in the lounge that leaves in the grunde. despite the ordering of the main course and desserts, no wine list arrived and only one order for water was taken that was never presented. then. we were rushed to the dining room to take our main course without wee being suggested or brought water. had to wait 15 minutes. to this stage cold. then dessert was expelled without being offered cheese. no coordination or communication between employees. In view of the very elevated price tag, we really expected more."
