"Ich war mit meiner Frau zum Mittagessen dort. War vorher schon zweimal da und es war gut, aber heute ...? Mittagessen für 9,90 Euro... man bekommt Salat, Pizza oder Pasta, 0,25 Wasser und einen Espresso.Salat: war (mindestens) vom Vortag, schmeckte muffig und altPizza (Bestellung meiner Frau) war gut.Meine Pasta: Ersten Teller ließ ich zurück gehen, da die Nudeln aneinander klebten und nicht durch waren. Der zweite Teller ging grade so, was die Pasta anging. Auch etwas bissfest... Allerdings störte mich hier, dass die Petersiliendekoration ungewaschen mit Erde flankiert war... vor allem nachdem der erste Teller auch nicht (naja) perfekt war...Der Espresso hatte Glück... die Maschine hatte ihn zubereitet und nicht der Koch, allerdings waren hier normale und keine Espressolöffel geliefert worden ...Alles in allem eine Katastrophe. Auch wenn es nur der Mittagstisch war... oder Gott sei dank... will gar nicht wissen was abends da los ist .."

"Hier war ich leider "nur" nachmittags mit Zeit für Getränke hingekommen. Die Sitzplätze vor dem Tom's bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den hübschen Platz "Unterlinden" mit seinem sehenswerten kleinen Brunnen und auf die zahlreichen Passanten. Das junge Personal, insbesondere die bezaubernde Kellnerin, ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, gibt dem Restaurant eine besondere Note.Im Ausschank gibt es u.a. das erstklassige Fürstenberg Pils aus dem nahen Donaueschingen. Cappuccino mit Milchschaum war einfach gut."

"Quo vadis, Colombi? The owner Burtsche has changed the generation, his two daughters lead the hotel together. First retreat from the Freiburger Weinfest, now from the Gourmet Messe Culinaria. Also in the restaurant a painful cut: Chef Klink retired! Many changes are sometimes the step for the better, but often also the beginning descent. The Colombi loses a star before the question of the kitchen line is solved. And so far my visits to the Colombi have been among the culinary highlights for years. Altmeister Klink is rightly the measuring rod for the top gastronomy in the region. The hotel-integrated restaurant with its three rooms is classically decorated in a timeless manner, the tables are well separated so that the room effect is preserved even if it is regularly well visited. The service is excellent and very attentive despite or for? the variety of trainees led by the restaurant manager and the sommelier. The menu of the season changes daily with three, five or seven courses, along with a very seductive á la carte. This time, Appettit and Etat were enough for the Five Gänge Menu, which was really great in every nuance. The small rat Remy in Ratatouille compared taste experiences with colorful fireworks that was a pyrotechnic masterpiece. The welcoming of the kitchen is an optical and tasteful eyewitness and fulfills its purpose: it makes curious and desires more. The appetizer can be selected again in the menu and includes fish and meat jelly. As intercourse, however, noble fish lured on Risotto, this time it was allowed to be a fleshy pleasure in the form of three kinds of friedberries. The lamb fillet on the main course brings every Irish or New Zealand top product of this kind into the shade, where is your slaughterer, Mr Klink? The desserts are a class for themselves and are celebrated accordingly. After the selection and taste of the contents, the cheese car will also refer to the rows of most cheeseries. The wine list can be found at the Black Eagle in Oberbergen. A really good idea is the offer of accompanying wines to the menu that are selected and presented openly by Sommelier. Otherwise, one or the other guest stayed on the route after five courses and five bottles of wine... This is how you can enjoy high-quality drops that have at least perfected my taste for food. The in-house underground parking lot is somewhat complicated to reach, but included in the price for the restaurant guest."

"I had a pasta carbonara dish that was pretty good. The service wasn't much...I ordered a glass of red wine and was given a Lambrusco which is not what I ordered...and at the end of the meal the server acted like he couldn't get the credit card machine to work so I had to pay cash....over all it was ok but I wouldn't return."

"We dinned twice in this restaurant, the first time indoors in a very cosy and quiet space, and the secon time outdoors facing the Munster. We had several kinds of spargel plates and they all were very good. Excellent et very efficient service."
