"We were for a few nights in unione in this summer and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel restaurants vegan options. the owner organized vegan breakfast items (e.g. vegan ham cheese, yogurts). homemade vegan ravioli with local crumbles that were very good. also has vegetarian options such as gnocchi and risotto. we were also offered vegan ice cream for dessert, which was not listed on the menu. the garden terrace has a very relaxing atmosphere in the summer they can choose coward from the large tree next to it."

"Ci siamo ritrovati a mangiare in questo meraviglioso grotto ticinese radicato nella Valle Maggia. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in maniera molto professionale e simpatica dalla cameriera: abbiamo gustato un ottimo merlot bianco come aperitivo ed in seguito, in attesa di scegliere dal menù la pietanza, eravamo inebriati dal profumo di griglia e costine: optato quindi per quest'ultime (cottura e gusto perfetto) accompagnato da una insalata "cicorietta" e di patate (il tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa ed abbinato a condimenti artigianali ottimali). Il dessert? La ciliegina sulla torta, tutto curato nel dettaglio! :)Servizio superlativo, abbiamo lasciato il grotto con la pancia piena e con la consapevolezza che era da molto tempo che non trovavamo un posto di questa portata. Eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti!"
