"I lucked into this awesome restaurant! Not much is open on Sundays in Utah, but you still gotta eat. I had a Chipotle BBQ grilled shrimp appetizer with homemade guac and chips... Some of the best guac I've ever had! Also had a great kale salad that could have been dinner by itself. I'll definitely be back if I come back to Heber City!"
