"Love the restaurant but because it was Valentines Day happy hour was not offered although the menu advertised 25% off bottles of wine for happy hour. That did not happen. Kind of felt taken advantage of!"

"We are in town for New Years and a Chiefs game. Bristol’s was recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for 6 top and arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated promptly. Adam was our waiter and was amazing. He is the reason for a solid 5 stars. He made great recommendations for us, kept our drinks filled at all times and cleared our table quickly after we finished with a serving. We started with cauliflower, calamari and oysters for appetizers. All three were very good, but the cauliflower stole the show. It was so good. Secondly, 3 of us had Cesar salads and they were great. The dressing is made fresh daily and it makes all the difference. My husband ordered the bisque and he was nice enough to swap with me halfway through because I loved the bisque when I tried his. For entrees we had a variety of things off the menu. One member of our party had the Tuna and said it was exceptionally good. Another had the filet and crab cake and loved both. He commented on the crab cake being the best he has ever had. Another member had the KC strip and said the flavor was great, but the steak was on the tough side. Another member had the chicken, it was a large serving and was very flavorful and good. The potatoes were a standout on this dish. I had the sea bass and it was okay. I’ve had better, but it was still pretty good. I didn’t finish all of it. It was. Bite rubbery and I probably wouldn’t order it again if I went back. Our last member decided on the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, but not a stand out. Lastly we had cream brûlée for dessert. We are a bit of hard judges when it comes to crème brûlée and we would give this a 7/10. It needed a bit more toasting on the top. Over all we had a great evening with great friends along with exceptional serves from Adam. We will definitely come back if ever in KC."

"Today was my first time at Cascone's and it will not be my last!!! Even before ordering my lunch, the customer service was A . Shout out to Jenny who was so personable and friendly!!! She even came over just to sit with me and get to know me!!! My server, Matt was pleasant and very attentive!!! The amazing Italian Nachos were the icing on the cake!!!!!!! Speaking of cake, Jenny gifted me a dessert in celebration of my 3- year work anniversary!!!! Such a great experience!!!"

"Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal."

"Our friends from Minnesota requested a lovely restaurant with good food and quiet atmosphere. Cafe Europe fit the bill perfectly. Our waitress, Megan, was great and enhanced our evening. Our meal (scallops) was delicious, but we had to send them back to reheat which was disappointing. But overall, a lovely evening."

"Delicious reasonably priced Mexican seafood with chill vibes at the KCK location. The fish filet is delicious, as is the deep fried fresh catch, and chipotle shrimp. As far as ceviches, leche de Tigre is by far the best! Oysters are yummy and discounted on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Highly recommend for any occasion! Great service as well!"
