"I had steak gorgonzola and the sauce was like milk. NOthing stuck to the noodles. The steak was tender. WE were with friends and I didn't want to make an issue. So I called the next day and spoke to Mercedes to make them aware . She said it was not reduced enough and come back again and it should be better. That wasn't very helpful or it dosen't incent me to go back. They acknowledge it was not correct and oh well."
