"Well well well this restaurant really takes you back in time to the days if terrible unprofessional service. All guests are treated equally and those with a booking find themselves waiting for someone to arrive to take them in just as everyone else. Orders are only partially taken which causes problems and they even claim local champagne!Food good everything else a problem."

"We ate here in our first night in lyon and can really not harm the food. we had both to start the dorado ceviche and it was absolutely delicious. I had the filet of iberico pork for my main course with chorizo risotto and it was incredibly delicious and well cooked. my partner had the meeresbass for pornstars and really enjoyed it. we both had the baba for dessert and it was delicious again. overall a really good experience. the eating is not cheap (we have probably ordered some of the more expensive menu items) and the service was a little hit and miss too time (there was a mistake with our wine order). overall I would recommend this restaurant anyway!"

"The restaurant has great potential fantastic views, lovely bar section, modern decor done tastefully and on paper, a menu that should deliver. However, after two dinners at the restaurant, I am afraid it falls well short of the mark. The first issue is the service and a major one. The restaurant has my full sympathy with staffing challenges and on each occasion, the service simply unravels after the entree after the 8pm as more guests arrive. On the second dinner, we simply had to serve our wine and water and simply left after the main course as we did not wait forever for the deserts. The second issue is the food. On both occasions, the food was not great. The chicken I had was dried, the trout entree was bland and lacking flavours and the desserts on the first night was uninspiring. It is almost the kitchen had run of passion. So Les Terrasses needs to improve and I hope it does as it has the potential to be a premium dining destination if someone wants to put the love into it."
