"We were here for a post business meeting. 8 people in total.We were sat right away. Very odd layout in my opinion for a restaurant however there was lots of space between tables which was nice.The server was nice enough however not flashing too much by way of a smile or a personality. He wasn't on the ball too much with offering drinks to be ordered or re-filling glasses of wine (we had to ask him all the time for these).The initial cocktail order took quite a long time to get to our table. Way too much time.The food came out in perfect timing, all hot things hot, all cold items cold.The Osso Buco Ravioli (appetizer) was a fantastic dish, borderline too salty but it certainly caught my attention as it was so tasty.I then had the Shrimp cocktail with a remoulade sauce. The Shrimp was possibly the best and freshest product I have ever had. Their famous remoulade sauce was outstanding.I then ordered the Tomahawk Chop to share with a friend. Amazing presentation and perfectly cooked. The flavours were outstanding. We had a peppercorn sauce with this which was great too. One of the best steaks I have ever had.The sides were perfect; asparagus, creamed spinach, corn & baked potatoThe Manager on Duty was very attentive and what the server lacked in personality, this Manager made up for. Very nice, welcoming gent.The carpets looked dirty in the restaurant and the décor seemed a bit outdated in its look.The washrooms need some work. Dirty Mirrors, damaged wall, dirty urinals.....this all turned me off a bit.Thank you for a great culinary experience, very good!"
