"Could have been a decent lunch, but the service left much to desire. It took them 20 minutes to bring our drinks, only to be told that they were not sure if they were diet or regular sodas. We had to wait around 40 minutes for a couple of burgers and chicken sandwiches. We asked for mayonnaise and it was brought towards the end of our meal. Server was friendly, but completely lost. Quality of food is ok. Place is cute, just come prepared knowing that you will not be getting"

"Me and the family went for Christmas dinner. Our reservations were for 130 but they close at 2,230. So they were packing up as we were coming in. Food was cool but cold, as they were ending service. Had we known this we would've made our reservations for earlier, or for the second buffet. Prime rib was AMAZING, deserts were good, staff was FANTASTIC. our server was GREAT, don't remember his name, young man from Jamaica. And the manager was FANTASTIC. He heard our issues and did absolutely EVERYTHING to ensure we were good to go and that things were EXACTLY how we wanted!!"

"I had a beautiful experience at this restaurant last night. EVERYTHING was excellent, the food, the servers, the drinks, and the homemade dessert, it was amazing. It was an unexpected surprise for the food to be this good. It's authentic Italian cuisine cooked with care and thoughtfulness in texture, taste and presentation. The restaurant was very clean, including the utensils, and cloth napkins. I felt at home! Its been a long time since I've had proper seafood at a restaurant it was not overcooked! I had an eggplant stack appetizer and grilled shrimp dish in a creamy pesto sauce for my entree and it was special. I couldn't finish the entree and it was even better eating the leftovers today. I don't know who the chef is but I hope they are there the next time I go back because I WILL be back! The fried banana with silky smooth banana ice cream (with swirls of chocolate brownie chunks) was just... heaven. This restaurant was the cherry on top of a great day Thank you 88 Charles St!"

"This was my first time at Napa Kitchen what a lovely atmosphere! We dined quite early tonight so it was not yet busy. Our young male server was delightful pleasant, upbeat, and attentive. The food was delicious. I ordered the chicken saltimbocca and it was just yummy! My friend has some sort of shrimp dish she enjoyed. I plan to return and would definitely recommend Napa Kitchen. Vegetarian options: There was a vegetable stack that looked appealing but I did not try it. Dietary restrictions: Our sever asked us about gluten restrictions. "Family and I visited on Nov 22, we were quickly sat once 1/2 of our party of 10 arrived. The service was awesome, the food was delicious there are not very many dinner options apart from the steak offerings. I enjoyed the shrimp and grits, shrimp were a nice size in the salad (Alabama Salad) as well as the entree. Also the salads are HUGE enough for two or three people to split."
