"In my experience Calvani Restaurant (Poggio Mirteto) is by far the best restaurant in the Sabina-region, only 50 km from Rome. Time and again chef Francesco Calvani surpasses himself by creating superb and delicious dishes. We have eaten at Calvani’s regularly this year, to find a new and surprising menu every single time. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Go there and enjoy!"
