"We had an excellent Italian meal here. The restaurant is owned by an Italian, so the food is very authentic (we should know – we grew up in Italian homes!). The prices were very reasonable. They also catered to a gluten free diet with no problems, once we explained the issue to our server. Leave room for their gelato – it is amazing."

"One of the worst meals I have ever eaten in Portugal, chickpeas and chicken , it was revolting, my friend and I couldn’t eat it . Just a pot full of tasteless chickpeas and no meat on the chicken , just skin and bone , it tasted old and re heated , very stale Won’t go back"

"There’s outside dining and the restaurant in the front part is really lovely with beautiful vines hanging down from the open ceiling I had home made pasta with mushrooms, truffles and chocolate shavings and a gorgeous side salad. It was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The attached photo doesn’t do it justice! My husband had the veggie lasagne and thought it was best he’s ever tasted in a restaurant. It’s so nice to eat somewhere where the veggie options are cooked with as much love and care as the meat ones. Fantastic value too can’t wait to go back :"

"Picked this restaurant after noticing great reviews that mentioned the stuffed squid. I ordered it and have to be honest that my squid was cooked very poorly. It was rubbery and almost impossible to chew. The filling was flavoursome but it didn't really save the...dish. My partner ordered peri peri garlic chicken however it did not come with any peri peri sauce and he ended up having to ask the waiter to bring some to the table. The service was fine but not particularly warm or special."
