"We came to the jubilee dinner. our first date was at cibo 7 so it seemed appropriate. we have enjoyed this restaurant in pastness and this night was not taken. the service was impeccable, with our server (can not remember its names) very attentive, but not float. eating was delicious, but to be honest, not prepared for the standard of the excellent we have experienced before. although the seafood special barracuda was beautiful, the salmon was slightly underused. for dessert we ordered cream brûlée that arrived surprisingly fast. but the crust was not firm and crisp, and the crawl was cold at the bottom. not enough of a deal to say something and risk disturbing a romantic evening, but still a little disappointing. I take care of the kitchen that is out of the game on a slow Wednesday night. cibo 7 is suitable for a special medium, but not regular restaurants."

"Our dining experience took 2 hours. We weren't served any food in the first hour that we were there. Our waitress apologized for the delay in our bread not coming, but the overall service was so slow that it took away from the experience of your wonderful food."

"We have dined here many times and always had great food. The four of us had steaks and they were superb and cooked to perfection and nice and hot on those 500 degree plates. My baked potato was great, hot…..but then I transferred it to the 500° plate the steak was on and the potato stayed hot the whole time. Exceptional! The server was extraordinary in terms of making sure we had absolutely everything we needed and he was incredibly efficient. My only complaint is that you get a steak and that’s it……BUT…have to pay for any side dish you may want. This seems chintzy on their part. I have always thought that was a poor choice on their part, but it has always been that way. IMPORTANT: To offer a side dish with the main dish would be incredibly important in these times of real economic strain for those who would like to dine out but don’t have the economic advantage."
