"This restaurant has rave reviews on the internet, so we went with high expectations, but unfortunately were disappointed. although we booked a week in advance, our table was right next to the kitchen with bright lighting and little ambiente, but the service was very good. we got the choice of the cook that was sweet and crispy for us, but rather tasteless, a la la la lanterna focaccia not a traditional focaccia brot, more like a crisp oily flatbread with cheese, which was also quite bland and tasteless, a crisp focaccia that was not very dry and that we had not at all a crisp"

"Consistently delicious food, amazing service ... even when insanely busy as it appeared to be last night. I Love that you feel like the entire wait staff are there to be part of your experience ... at least four people checked on us or updated us or delivered plates with friendly smiles and excellent recommendations throughout the evening. Even the small pasta dishes were a little too much for each of us but easy take away of leftovers handled efficiently too."

"Went with a group of 30 for a birthday party. There were two other groups of similar size doing the same. Because of the large groups in the restaurant at the same time service was a bit mixed but generally very good. The food was great as was the wine (have a look one the wine racks, not all the goodies are on the list...)."

"Food was ok, we ordered three different types of pastas and we were neither overly impressed nor disappointed however the pizza was delicious. The service was great. The ambience and character were pretty good."
