"I came for food on the 9th March . After waiting 45 minutes for my rare steak to be brought out it was very well done. Not wanting to cause a scene I discreetly mentioned this to the bar staff wanting them to sort this for me quickly. Instead of an apology and it being resolved the team member proceeded to argue with me telling me it wasn 't well done. But agreed it was not rare. He took it away. He then came back to tell me a new one would be made . Why telling me this he then continued to argue saying he disagreed with me. I have been sat here over 1 hour and still haven 't received anything to eat . The person i came with has finished there meal . So I have had to cancel it and get a refund. Even asking for a refund I waited ten minutes for DISGUSTING SERVICE"

"In the last few years already several times here. when we first went there to get a drink like I've never been. to decide where to eat. duck was on the menu so I wanted to stay. although I never had the duck, because the other menus sound so delicious. that was divine. the service super. we were very happy. we've eaten there for Valentine's Day and a murder mystery night. To be honest, I can't blame the place. it is really and honestly run by people who really want to enjoy and take what they do. I want to work here! x"
