"03/01/2024 Today with a friend, who enjoyed the Flemish Carbonnade, my muse who opted for the delicious Cod in a parmesan crust and its risotto and me who couldn't help but devour the Bourger, a pure delight. Thank you Christine and Guillaume, another very festive moment. 12/20/2023 More delicacies today but in a group this time, whether it's Bourger, carbonade, lamb shoulder... Ingrid and Guillaume gave us a great welcome and served a delicious platter with country ham and local cheeses... Always a delight to spend a convivial moment at the Estaminet du Bourg... plus we met lots of people that we knew... it's really THE nice restaurant in Flers... see you soon Very happy with this recent reopening of L'Estaminet du Bourg in Flers Bourg, Villeneuve d'Ascq.
