"Looking for a Mediterranean restaurant to celebrate Easter, we decided to takeout from Lokanta and we were not disappointed. They have a fairly large dinner menu and we opted for the Family Meal that included 4 skewers (lamb, chicken, shrimp or salmon) which you can mix and match, rice pilaf, seasoned steamed vegetables, rolls, tzatziki dip, and baklava. We also added their dolmas appetizer which were excellent. We chose lamb and chicken skewers, and while they could have been larger, the flavors were excellent although the chicken was a bit dry. The rice as moist and included chickpeas, and the vegetables were crisp tender and also seasoned well. The tzatziki was creamy, outstanding flavor and helped tie the meal together. Furthermore, the 4 pieces of baklava were a terrific ending to the meal with the flaky phyllo layers and just the right amount of honey and pistachios. The takeout experience was smooth and everything was packaged well. Look forward to trying the dine in experience next time!"

"Three stars because the gimlet I tried was delicious, but there are zero entree options for vegetarians who are quite bad for every restaurant these days in view of the world vegetarian. The truffleries had no indication of truffles and lack of taste. The beet and goat cheese appetizer had hardly any cheese on the plate. We decided to finish the evening at this place early to go to another place with better options. If you?re vegan or vegetarian I?d recommend you go to another restaurant to enjoy the food options."

"Great service and food was great. Ambiance was nice. The only downfall is if you are sitting close to the front doors you get a draft. Some kind of drapes to block entrance would be nice."
