"Aufgrund einer Empfehlung von Freunden haben wir das Hotel 'An der Wasserburg' und das dazugehörige Restaurant 'Christalle' besucht, welches wir vorher noch nicht kannten. Das Restaurant ist sehr schick und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und zu unserem Tisch geführt. Über den Service können wir uns nicht beschweren - sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.Meine Freundin und ich bestellten vorweg das Carpaccio, welches uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Als Hauptgang hatte meine Freundin das Risotto mit frischen Pfifferlingen. Ich habe mir das irische Entrecote in der 300g Version gegönnt, dazu habe ich aus verschiedensten Beilagen noch Bratkartoffeln und Gemüse gewählt. Beide Gerichte haben uns geschmacklich absolut überzeugt und wurden auch ansehnlich auf den Tellern angereicht. Anschließend haben wir uns noch einen Nachtisch geteilt - halbflüssiger Schokoladenkuchen mit Bananensorbet. Das hat den schönen Abend nochmal abgerundet!! :)Preislich sind die Gerichte schon etwas höher, jedoch rechtfertigt dies meiner Meinung nach die durchweg sehr gute Qualität! Preis/Leistung ist daher völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Restaurant definitiv weiterempfehlen! :))"
