"The mole is great, all of the enchilada dishes are very good. It's open a little later than other area restaurants.The staff is wonderful and attentive, and seem to be enjoying themselves--there's often some beautiful singing coming out of the kitchen. Never empty but rarely a wait. Prices are fair for the area."

"So sad. Pedro used to be delicious, high quality food and drinks. In the last six months it had an extreme (price increase) menu makeover if it really needed an extreme restaurant makeover. The Tostada shrunk 40%. And no more COMPLIMENTAR CHIPs! How much does chips cost? This is my last, sad visit. It's dated, generic and overpriced. $108 (front) for a baby-size chicken Tostada, a chicken burrito dish, a children's meal and four margaritas (two were the bottom of the line). There's a reason this place is empty."

"We have been here several times before, and have been overall pleased with the experience. However, this time the service was very slow and the food arrived cold. Also, the panzanella salad was incredible small for $17 and way overdressed. We would really only come here again for a beer and the bar and would recommend the same to our friends."

"I have been a regular guest here. I love their sandwiches, soups and fruit salad. The place is clean and the people who work here are so nice and courteous. But most of all, I'd like to recommend the kind of service Ryan is doing. His positive smile and his kind disposition have been one of the reasons I keep coming back. "Overall just average food. Mole Colorado tasted like gravy (not in a good way). The ceviche was dry, with barely any crab. Also asked for an extra spicy margarita (I requested adding extra heat to the “hot and smoky” cocktail), and it barely had any heat still. Definitely expected more. It appears the cooking style here is focused on stripping any sort of flavor, spice, or enjoyable aspects of Mexican cuisine from the dishes before serving, which is really unfortunate."

"Long story short, I ordered a sandwich on Subway app the app took my money I never got a sandwich. After letting Subway know, the owner reached out to me and was so helpful, she offered to give me a free sandwich. The money got ultimately was credited back to me through my bank, but I appreciated her help! I have always had my orders made correctly at this location and they always come out delicious!"

"Heard about this place from a few new friends co-workers from Good Samaritan Hospital near by they spoke very highly of this place so I decided to give it a try. Ordered the Rollie Tri Tip Sandwich it was out of this world I plan to return very soon to try the other great food on the menu."
