"I must say it is rare for me to Leave 5 star reviews and I am not easily impressed. Your Sandwiches truly beat all the rest! Much better then Subway, Jersey mikes, and what used to be my favorite Fire House Subs. Gandolfo's New York Delicatessen is now my Favorite Sandwich place to eat. I had a promo to get 50% of my next 3 orders on door dash and decided to try Gandolfo's. The quality of the food is excellent. The bread and all the meat is extremely tender. I ordered the French onion drip sandwich and I admire the generosity in the amount of the broth dip they give you. I have had something like this before from other restaurants and they are not nearly as generous with the broth dip as Gandolfo's. Gandolfo's truly cares about the customers and the quality of their products. I will definitely be ordering directly from your website soon. Thank you for the Coupon that came with my last order I will search for more <3. If I was going to buy a sandwich Franchise Gandolfo's would be the best investment In my opinion!"

"The Carne-Asada-Fries were terrible the last visits at this place. Today was the worst, the pommes were extremely boiled, we couldn't eat them. So we have to find another alberto for our meal times. I spent $40 and everything we got was cheese and meat."

"This is to share about my 1 star ? experience last night. We used to live close by and passing through during dinner time, we thought this was going to be a treat! We love their food!As soon as we pulled into the drive-tru they were rude. The young lady was acting like the mic didn't work while they took our order. So we pulled up and immediately The manager was bobbing his neck explaining the mic didn't work while trying to hold back his laugh. He said he was in the middle of training, but had gross attitudes like I've never experienced. He refused to give his name so We took a picture out of disbelief and needed to share!The food used to be great with great customer service. But this manager training these girls to act like that is not not acceptable.We drove off. We usually spend over $50 easily.I edit my review to exercise my right to express my concerns after being disrespected. But I see that even the ownership approves this behavior. We won't be taking our business here. We will be sure to share this with our community who introduced us to you."
