"Great experience! Bustling, with a staff solely focused on quality and the customer. Generous portions with outstanding service and taste. Have to give a shout out to the Buffalo Mac and cheese, as it gives Panera a run for its money, even if was just plain Mac Mac cheese. Hip atmosphere with a clean and sturdy feel. Easy to navigate menu with a plethora of options. Those hot peppers are to die for, too. Very happy with my experience here and I will be returning in the near future."

"We received a basket full of scones, muffins, tea cakes, and brownies for my Father's passing. I am finally getting a chance to try some of the goodies that were sent. Last night I cut up the brownie in five pieces thinking I would share with the kids for a after dinner snack and before i knew I ate it all. It was so good!!! This morning I tried the banana nut muffin. It was so fresh and yummy. Ridley's Bakery is now on my list for gift giving I will be using them in the future. Thank you for putting love in your bake goods!!!! Sending Love from Delaware"

"This is my favorite subway, But today I had a bad experience with an employee by the name of Cherrelle.??Again? This is why they are getting a one star today . She made my sandwich with an attitude, she rushed me through the preparation of my sandwich, when there was no one else in the store, The sandwich was not good and it didn’t look good I got a turkey Italiano, with bacon, she placed the bacon on my sandwich when it was full of grease still, she gave me four pieces of turkey on a foot-long , she told me how she was going to make my sandwich. I asked for more turkey minus the salami, she told me she gave me more pepperoni than turkey. She didn’t consider the customer, and ignored what I wanted and how I wanted my sandwich prepared. This is not the first time this young lady responded or prepare my sandwich, in this way, uneatable Her customer service skills are very poor?? Try not to write A review about her but this then happened more than one time. Everyone else I came across as a employee are great!"

"So good. The bagels are fresh, flavorful and soft. It's nice to have another choice for bagels in Troy. Beats out the competition. Try the tuna bagel sandwich. Tuna is made fresh, mixed with hard boiled egg. It's so good. (Note: the lettuce looked like it had seen better days, but when I asked about it, the server was quick to pull out a fresh supply."
