"We were looking for an easy lunch place that would get us out of the rain and wandered in here. The restaurant was busy and the staff was very welcoming. There was a good mix of English speaking and local customers. We both had the fish and chips special which was very good."

"I went here twice for pre-dinner drinks with my husband and had a lovely time on the outdoor terrace. The street is very clean, with hardly any cars, and it’s a fun spot to people-watch. The service is efficient and friendly. The charcuterie plates are...piled high for 14-15 Euro. You hardly need dinner after sharing one."

"We came during restrictions, with our pass, no reservation, welcome with smiles and gentleness, although already busy time, the atmosphere was friendly with smiles, kindness and welcoming attitude. The meal choice of the day was good with Beef Bo Bun, Fillet Mignon Pork with...sweet mashed potatoes Euros), good glass of French sweet white wine, I didn't like so much the red wine (only due to I am a difficult kind when it comes to wine testing), the desert of the day chocolate cake with homemade chantilly finished the good meal, my wife had line hake which was excelent on the menu. The staff came at least time to ask how was our lunch and the boss came to share some good atmosphere and feelings and saw him talking to a spanish family to make them confortable and make sure they enjoyed the moments, really gentleman style... Good in every moments."

"Came here for lunch Saturday at about 12.30. We are non French speakers and the wait staff were friendly, attentive and explained the menu when we didn't understand. The ambience is relaxed but the food was just ok. The plate of the day was chicken carrot and chips. Chicken was dry and the chips were over several hours old (possibly from last night). We also had the chicken risotto which was ok. The risotto itself was intensely salty, however was ok when eaten together with the chicken. Probably won't be coming back for a meal."
