"The guy in the glasses with white frames is incredibly rude and awful. Terrible customer service. I witnessed him shout/raise his voice at an elderly man because he got confused about where he should pick up his food. The employee had a terrible attitude and was very condescending. If you want to feel dumb or get bashed over getting confused about anything, this is the perfect place to go. Don't understand why they are so ridiculously mean and rude; listen to the other reviews. Seeing how he treated the customer got me so upset. FYI: Clumping up a bunch of signs together doesn't make it more clear as to where everything is... In fact, it makes it more confusing to others. Aside from that, their bubble tea flavors tastes pretty good. But watch out for strands of hair in your bubble tea..."
