"Make a special trip to visit green cilantro. this relatiw new Vietnamese restaurant has a bright, cheerful atmosphere with super friendly service. my sub was fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back to get the food and support the young family that runs this charitable community."

"This restaurant is known to provide smaller portion of food and higher price than other restaurants. Food can be good or bad depends on how lucky one is. Ordered 7 items: Rice in bamboo container with shrimps similar to Shanghai veggie rice, taste...good and there were 6 8 shrimps. 6 of us could have at least a bowl of rice a shrimp. Deep fried dace fish balls Menu says it's dace fish but indeed it's some other kind of fish. Still taste good, fish ball was pretty big. The claim sauce wasn't the authentic although the menu says so. Shanghai style fried noodle Barely acceptable. Noodles were broken and overcooked, too soggy. The Great Taste in China Town makes way better. Salt and pepper deep fried tofu Crunchy fried tofu, taste right, not too salty. Highly recommended. It will be better if they cut the tofu in even sizes. Stir fried pork with chives Taste good. They cut pork belly into tiny pieces so it didn't taste too greasy. Snow pea leaves with oyster mushroom in oyster sauce Veggie was green and fresh but the whole dish was tasteless, Wonder if the cook forgot to add a pinch of salt in, although happy there was no MSG. Cantonese Poached Chicken w/ Ginger Scallion Oil Chicken was definitely overcooked, being soaked in hot water for too long, although taste good. So very unpredictable, you never know whether the cook would make standard food or screw everything up."

"This restaurant caters primarily to Asians, as evidenced by the complete lack of English on the signs. The selection of food is outstanding. I settled on flank steak with noodles. Unlike stir-fried beef which can be chewy, this was tender. I would probably eat the same thing again.From the time I arrived until the time I left, the server at the rotisserie in the corner did not stop chopping roast ducks and chickens for take-out customers. It seems extremely popular. It must be good if they are selling that many.The coffee here is Hong Kong style, with lots of milk and sugar. My biggest complaint with most Asian restaurants is cleanliness, but this place seemed quite well kept."

"My wife and I dropped in for dinner on a Wednesday night. As expected the place was quiet and we were seated immediately by the friendly greeter. Server arrived shortly after and abruptly announced the daily special and left us to choose drinks. She came back to take the drink order - my wife was waffling over wines so the server immediately left saying she would be right back. Several minutes later we were about to leave, and the pleasant supervisor showed up, asked if we had seen the server, and gave us menus and took drink orders. Server appeared shortly after, clearly miffed that we had been looked after by someone else and told us "I said I'd be right back". We just looked at each other.We ordered from the supervisor, meal came in a reasonable time. My Swine Burger was very good, but predictably collapsed messily as I took my first bite - this was fine as I'm used to that with any nice burger on a soft bun. Side green salad was tiny but fresh. My wife's Farmhouse salad was fresh - heavy on the greens and light on the ricotta and other veg. Optional $10 three-bite tenderloin with the salad was laughable.Murrietta's owns the place, but it certainly doesn't live up to Murrietta's standard for value and service. The lunch experience must be different - too bad we will never go back to find out."
