"This place does an absolutely lovely full breakfast. Really good value, nice members of staff. located in the west hoe area of Plymouth, just down the road from the historic Hoe. If you feel brave go for the big breakfast so you get of everything. very nice indeed, lots of parking nearby some of it is pay and display the area outside is free, although watch out for parking attendants. Open days a week form early morning until late evening, serving a variety of food from sandwiches, pasties to my favourite dish as mentioned above. Family owned, well worth a visit if you are in the vancinity."

"We were heading off for a weekend away and decided to fuel up for the day with a breakfast at the Toby, we didn't book and easily found a table at 9am but by 10am most tables were taken so depending on what time you get there it's advisable to think about booking. We had a table in the bar area and you pay for your order at the bar and they give you your cutlery and cups if you have tea or coffee. You can gave as many hot drinks as you like as there is a station for you to help yourself. The food is at the carvery hatch and you help yourselves to what ever and how much you want, you can even have a big Yorkshire Pudding with your brekkie. All the food was fresh and hot and there is a toaster too so that you can have toast on the side or after."

"Was very sceptical when I saw the huge vegan menu, but it was amazing!!! Had 30 vegan options so was so hard to choose from! I had the vegan beef in black bean sauce and it was amazing! Would 100% recommend"

"I've been meeting my brother and sister here for the last couple of years every Friday morning, sometimes it's the only time we catch up. The owner, Trevor, is a real character and he will do anything for you that isn't on the menu if...he has the ingredients. I'm a vegetarian and I can highly recommend his plate of fried (in rapeseed) potatoes and beans., Sounds simple, tastes great. I don't know how he cooks them tater's but boy they are crispy and tasty when they land. Sometimes find a car park slot is hard but normally the side streets always provide and their aren't too many double yellows to make that too hard but park nicely as people are already squeezed for space around here. All in all, a great breakfast and top service."
