"Sandwiches are fine but bowls are more worth it. Love the food. Nice and simple once you understand how to order. You don't just approach the register. First go to the front of the kitchen staff and fill out your order on paper. Then hand your order either to the sandwich staff or salad staff depending on what you want."

"Everything was great. Grade: A- Jackson lives up to the outstanding reputation of his siblings in the Great American Restaurants Group. In a recent conversation about their restaurants with a chef in a local high-end facility, we both said that they share an important property – consistency. Jackson met the standard with ease. The service is excellent, with all waiting staff extremely competent and ready to help. It's a bit loud, especially on the bar side, its only drawback in our book. But the food is and should be why you want to come here. Every dish was designed by someone who knew food and prepared by someone who knew how to prepare it. Beginning with the appetizers, deviled eggs with seasoned pecans sugar cured bacon were addicted, with a strange combination of flavors that works beautifully. Crispy sweet mad kalamari were wonderful and plentiful. It is rare that I will be blown away from a salad, but Billy's chop house salad, mixed greens with a number of ingredients, including fresh corn from the cob, has an incredible buttermilk herbal dressing that almost had I lick the remains. Grouping fingers, represented as fish chips, were perfect. Not less exquisite was the huge part of the main rib, even better made with her grated horseradish. Every aspect of the meal was immaculate, and it would take a mere mention of Jackson to bring me back."

"As the name suggests Big Bowl , the portions are large. Its one of my favorite restaurants for the different types of preparations they serve. You must try their Fresh Gingerale with variations like orange pomegranate flavors. They have a stir fry bar where you can fill up your bowl with the choice of veggies you like (most people don’t like all the veggies added to pre set portions), choose your sauce, and/or meat or go veg then rice/noodles they will cook it as per your choice. The only one complaint I had recently was the quality of the chicken pieces. I read about it on their website realized that as opposed to breast pieces they are now using thigh meat. This is what the chef writes As chefs, when presented with a whole, roasted chicken, we 'll go for the thigh every time because, like a well marbled prime steak, it is the juiciest and most favorable part of the chicken. But, while most customers have complimented us on the improved flavor of our chicken dishes, I have gotten e mails from people concerned that we no longer use exclusively breast meat. The preparation is still so tasty that I keep going back to the restaurant. It’s worth a try!"
