"Horrible experience today at the Northridge location, the girl working had her back turned when we walked in and proceeded to figit with the remote control for the menu display, another Girl helped us at the register and we ordered with her while the other girl kept distracting the one ringing us up. I didn’t like my dressing and asked for the buffalo ranch, the girl working said “we don’t actually have that, it’s just on the menu” uhm excuse me? What does that even mean? They charge 35 cents for a new dressing except when the girl gave it to the other girl to give to me after I paid, she dropped it and then had to get another one. This place is a disaster, the girls are all so unprofessional, talking loudly and treating customers like they are inconvenienced by taking their orders. Never will I come back! So much unnecessary attitude!"

"? That's my favorite place. He only got a salad and while he was eating, one of the workers came out of the back cough much, he did not cover his mouth, the food is not covered and he was near food and registers. He saw me and didn't care, I didn't even finish the salad, I left why he didn't cover his mouth or used a mask?? I was so hungry, he ruined my food, I put it in the garbage, can't believe people think it's good to cough up or near food."

"It's like a subway of salads. The food was good. A little pricey. But overall a good experience. I would like to see a little bit more lettuce with my meal but over all I'd eat there again. Only issue we had is they forgot the avocado on our Cobb salad. We didn't realize until we got home."
