"First, I love your restaurant! This experience sadly was not good. 8 oz Filet, ordered medium. Came to me as medium rare. Broccoli, cold. Potatoes warm at best. My streak was so cold that the butter didn't melt on top. Our server Connor asked me after I'd eaten it (play tickets) how the meal was. Flavors, on point!! However, the food was cold. He immediately got the most saddest look on his face and asked me if I wanted to speak to his manager and potentially get a discount. I told him no, absolutely not! I'm giving you an opportunity. Get better, do better. I reminded him lol again that the flavors were there! We'll be back because I've never had a bad experience there. And I do love your Filets and the flavoring! Thank you! Rebecca"
