"I’ve been a regular customer since the Brixton brunch opened. Ever since that’s been my local visit for a desert. Sometime this year I had an miss understanding with a worker because my Oder was completely wrong. I did address the issue straight away my waffle was cold and had the wrong toppings) they took 15-20 mins to bring it back and when it came back it was still wrong and they asked me to pay more for the toppings I wanted, which I did pay and they still got it wrong the third time so i gave up and left without getting a refund because it was refused. Left every disappointment and didn’t return. After a very long time me and my family 15 of us) returned back expecting better service. We walked in and got a table stringy away which was great. We then got up to go to the till yo place our Oder and was approached by the lady below and she mentioned very aggressively that we must all leave because we are not welcomed at creams. She mentioned that the manager has requested we must leave but the manager was not on shift that day 12/05/19) I requested a explanation but she was being very rude and kept asking for us to leave and was being very rude and unprofessional. I mentioned I will take a picture and complain and she said She don’t care We have to leave if We like or not not because she won’t serve us. Once I took the picture she got one of the workers to seat us down again. As a regular customers we shouldn’t of been treated in that manner at all. We won’t be returning due to bad customer service and no explanation."

"This place is always busy! And there's a good reason for that too.. Not only is it diabetes central, it's also home to the yummiest desserts ranging from waffles, ice cream, crepes, hot cookie dough, cream cake (is your mouth watering yet? .. Creams attracts all sorts of crowds, especially children (of corse so the atmosphere tends to be loud which can be annoying sometimes. The price is very decent for what you're receiving, and most desserts can be shared as it's difficult to finish the large sundaes alone! The decor inside is wonderful with its purple glitter walls and American style seating, which has become a signature look for Creams. Service is always friendly and fast as they need to keep up with the demand, and keep the customers moving. Which brings me to the most annoying thing about this place if you come at a busy time you should expect to be waiting a while to be seated! It is worth the wait however so hang in there.."
