"Food was incredible as always. Unfortunately the waitress failed to bring us our food after it sat under the heat lamp for a considerable amount of time while she just continued doing other things. It wasn't an extremely busy night and we were sitting 2 tables away from the food dispense area so it would not be a large task. It was to the point we got up and got the food and cutlery for our selves where the chef apologise profusely. Unfortunately this happened again to the people after us, as we watched the waitress walk past the food 3 times and continued to clear tables while the food sat under the heat lamp once again. Usually this isn't the standard of this bar as we visit very very regularly and have had very positive experiences most times. But defiantly an issue that needs to be addressed."
