"I actually enjoyed my experience much more than I had expected from such a well worn establishment as this.Yes, it has the faint smell of vomit covered by layers of cleaner over the years as in many old Austin bars, because a bar this is first, and a restaurant second.Thus, it has multiple bars of varying sizes, televisions blaring sports and tables crammed into every space to accommodate crowds is its otherwise very small space.Despite the fame and no need to try the food and service is pretty great.Service was prompt and professional, with food and drinks arriving timely.The half shrimp poboy was tasty and very proportional to price.My only issue is it comes with no sides.All in all, a pretty great Cajun restaurant and bar.Vegetarian options: NopeKid friendliness: It's a bar!Parking: Absolutely atrociousWheelchair accessibility: Roll on in!"
