"My daughter-in-law had suggested this restaurant as I was staying in Ashland for two evenings. My husband was traveling so I went solo. Always a tricky thing as one person does not order as much food or wine as two or more. I was prepared to be treated as a single shoved off to a corner. However, they treated me as if I was their only customer and I received a wonderful table. The wait staff were friendly and the food was OFF THE HOOK great! The scallop tapa was fabulous. Before I left the owner, Oliver, came over and called me by name thanking me for coming for dinner. He was so charming. As a lone diner I truly felt important to this restaurant. As I was leaving one of the servers thanked me for choosing Ostras that evening. She wasn't even my server! I highly recommend this restaurant for any number of guests. You will LOVE it! Oh and the wine was pretty fabulous too!"
