"Even with the remodeling of the place, things haven't changed. I still get my order incorrectly. But TODAY I had ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. The meat was mostly raw. I tried to call and the phone just rang and rang. Will this place ever do better? I still have hope."

"Absolutely terrible. I went there with big expectations from all the good stuff I hear about A&W, and it was going to be the best thing in the world. But I was extremely disappointed beyond what I thought was humanly possible. This ruined my opinion of A&W as a restaurant and Idaho as a state. Never going to either again also the fries weren't that bad."
