"Sent our main comment to your Guest Relations email re clarity of English on Drive through. One other item though after picking up my Husband's dinner..Teen Burger, and Fries...They were out of Onion Rings...what's with this??? Something has drastically changed at this location in many ways, and quality of food has gone down. It used to be awesome."

"On the way to the cottage we decided to use the drive thru again. We had used it before and found it slow, but everyone deserves another chance. We only ordered one breakfast sandwich combo w/coffee since the others had bought takeout elsewhere. We were asked to pull our car ahead as there would be a few minutes wait. No smile, no eye contact, no thank you from the young lady who took our order. Here we go....there were already two other cars pulled ahead and waiting and they were pulled over before we even placed our small order. Someone from another car got out, slammed their door and walked in the restaurant shaking their head. After a solid 22 minutes waiting with the car turned off my spouse went in to request a refund so we could leave. The employee brought our order out before the car door swung shut. We started the car only to find napkins and the hash brown missing from the order!! So in the restaurant we go. What a farce! We won't be back."
