"Obviously understaffed. No seating, you have to wait min even with a reservation and then when you are seated they are half full. Further verified as our waitress was obviously trying to take came of too many guests and was in such a hurry. Apologized several times when drinks did not show up and meals were slow, so I guess the bar and kitchen were also short staffed Wait staff was very courteous and worked hard under adverse conditions to take care of us. However, was not asked about my meal when I pushed it away only partially eaten, cold and tough Ambiance was not so good as we could hear the cooks pounding out the schnitzel. Looked and all they had to do was close the adjoining door Food drink: Beer (Hafeweizen) and house wine were very good. Wife had a wonderful cabbage roll. I have never seen one so large. It was well done and flavorful. Could not say the same for my roast port which was tough and cold. Never seen such a dish of four thin slices of pork on potatoes or spätzle while living years in Germany and Switzerland."

"The food and the atmosphere approximate the Bavarian region of Germany. The walls are beautifully painted to appear as if you are looking out large picture windows at the Alps. The restaurant is broken up into smaller dining areas which keeps the noise level down to a bearable level, even when the place is packed. Strolling musicians in Lederhosen and Bavarian costume play polka on accordions and occasionally sing German tunes. The food is excellent! The price you pay is consistent with the atmosphere and the experience of dining in Europe without the plane ticket. This is the place we go for celebrations and when we are homesick for Germany. The beer and wine selection is extensive. The vegetarian options are limited but delicious (I go with the Polenta), I still go there every chance I get! The best part, in my opinion, is the fondue! They automatically bring out a pot of fondue and pieces of bread (you can order sausage and crab for dipping too). I'll eat here every chance I get!"
