"We have been eating here for several years and eating was always fantastic, tasty and spot on. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this weekend. first I found a hair in the salat that was presented to our table, we had replaced it and thought it had to be a one-off. as we were wrong! along our appetizers and nets, the lamb curry that I tasted in my plate and it was in the middle of eating when I saw closer, I saw a visible black hair. we alerted the waiter who took the court away. he returned to ask what we wanted. we thought we would give him another chance. a big mistake. "Horrible horrible owner. My food goes missing on Just Eat and I was asking them to help me and they said it’s not their problem. I understand how it is out of their hands if a courier steals an order but I was asking them to help me seeing as I had a child now crying for her dinner and am heavily pregnant with a partner who was looking after a sick family member so had no other options this particular evening. The manager asked me if I even bothered looking for a Just Eat contact number he had to give it to me in the end as if anyone who has the Just Eat app knows how useless it is. He was so rude. He told me to ‘go and annoy’ Just Eat. Sadly the food has been good in the past but I’ll never give them my custom again; I’ve never been spoken to like this before. He’s in the wrong industry if he thinks it’s okay to speak to customers in this way."

"I can only talk from my experience, from.the food I tried. The food was very cheap in quality but very pricey. I don't mind paying the extra for good food but with this place I would probably still feel the quality is too low if I only paid 30% of what they charged. Food took tooo long to come out. What you're actually paying for is the locations and the nice sofa's. Also toilets are a bit messy which is only an indication of the their kitchen. I must admit though the meat was well cooked, not dry or raw, a little old though, and the dish was overall tasteless. I'll come again and try different dishes and see if my opinion is still the same, hopefully it doesn't turn my stomach upside down again."

"Had lunch here and tried the Thali menu which was delicious. Waiting staff attentive. I would have given this 5 stars but haven't as I requested at the end of the meal to have the full portion of rice and one chapati to take home. This was refused apparently due to it being a Thali meal. As a person who dislikes waste I was a bit taken aback. I've never had a problem taking leftover curry home with any other curry establishment."
