"Last summer while attending the Arts Festival, we were looking for a vegan-friendly place for lunch and we hit the jackpot! We are from the Washington DC area, and have many fine Indian restaruants to choose from, but this place was as good a expericence as any of them! Maybe not fine dining but the food was excellent- plenty of vegan options to stuff ourselves (the day we were there custom prepared by the lady chef, who added to the satisfying experience by spending time talking, educating and sharing stories with us! She cooks some delicious recipes that you won't find in the usual traditional same menu, different setting Indian resturants. We only wish they weren't 3 hours away! Highly recommended!!"
