"Excellent authentic laksa. And one of the best sambals i have ever had. The laksa had full flavour- no holds barred coconut, broth tastes. I will definitely come back when i am in wellington!"

"Don’t eat here. My main came out without the rice, after 10min it finally showed up. I explained to the staff my curry was now cold to which I was told they’d reheat it. I asked for a new one due to the curry being fish and I didn’t want it to dry out. A new curry was stuffed on my table with no apology. From there they treated me like a 2nd class citizen. I asked where the toilets were, no directions just pointed to the kitchen for me to walk thru and locate them. When I went to pay the bill, no comment, no asking me how our meal was just pointed to an amount on a calculator. Worst service I have received in years of dining out. I will never go back and I highly recommend you don’t."

"One of our go-to bars.. Right the middle of the CBD, in Lambton Quay area. Easy to reach, plenty of paid street parking spots (not during the peak hours though) and friendly, fast service. Staff are very helpful as well. I usually go for a get-together with some friends and communities here, ordering mocktails and finger foods. Love their pizzas, calamari, and wedges. Enough space upstairs and if we book, we can have the spot for ourselves. The tables for dining is down stairs. It has some outdoor chairs as well The entrance has stairs on it so it might be tricky for those with wheelchair."

"I have been to this place many times now. They make the best hainanese chicken and beef rendang! Today, me and my friend have decided to eat there for dinner. We decided to order fried tofu, beef cashew nuts, and lamb curry and they were delicious! Also, this place is pretty cheap, serving sizes are big, and food always arrive fast! The waitress who served us tonight was very friendly and accomodating the whole time. The only thing I don't like about this restaurant is the atmosphere and you have to go through the kitchen to use the toilet."
