"Wir haben uns ebenfalls ein polnisches (Oster-) Buffet gegönnt. Die Auswahl war wirklich riesig, inklusive zwei Suppen (die Gurkensuppe war traumhaft!). Zur Wahl stehen verschiedene Salate, Schweinerouladen, Piroggen, Hähnchenschenkel, verschiedene Beilagen, wie z.B. schlesische Klöße, Rotkohl, Dampfgemüse, Dessert, etc.. Man kann es gar nicht komplett auflisten. Die Bratensauce war einzigartig!Es gab auch Mankos: es wurde keine Karte mit der Getränkeauswahl gereicht. Der Kunde kann sich doch Fragen: gibt es hier Tee ? Gibt es hier Rotwein und falls ja, was kostet der ??? Auch wenn sich der Kunde für das Buffet entscheidet, sollte wenigstens eine kleine Karte mit der Auswahl der Getränke zur Verfügung stehen. Es ist wichtig.Manko Nr. 2: es wurde ein warmes Bier („Żywiec“ / polnisches Bier / 5,60 % vol.) serviert. Die Kellnerin müsste normalerweise wissen (schon beim Anfassen der Flasche..), dass es eine „Sünde“ ist, in einem Restaurant ein lauwarmes Bier zu servieren.. Die Flasche wurde trotzdem auf den Tisch gestellt und sofort aufgemacht. Dafür gibt es zwei Sternchen weniger...und ein Sternchen Ausgleich für das schöne Ambiente und die superfreundliche Bedienung! Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank."

"Prolog today I am particularly pleased, because the esteemed lecturers are all personally known to me outside the virtual boundaries of www – we have been looking for a friendly contact for several years and all seem to be very satisfied with this restaurant in nostalgic wise, they can read the wonderful, personalized review of the “Glory Days” in the mountainous local colony. so it was jumping fan first, with which I had long planned a “bilateral” visit to our personal traditions of Italians who have been estimated for decades. in the mint green ambiente des solinger bellanowa we were already a hospitable, now the opportunity for a return to the legendary pizza pazza, which has clearly shaped the glimpses of generations of inclined wupper valleys since the early 20s. First of all, however, it was necessary to avoid the a46 professional mosquitoes, an autobahn that is designed and sewn only with long-term construction sites to torture people and test their stress limits. a pathway as a psychological mass experiment? I think that €2.20 is a fair price for offers, as for similar competitors 4 to 7 euro are welcome. first an extreme “filigre” salat was served with the moon title monte carlo, who reminded me of an xxl müsli dish on an alm hut, but probably one of its absolute evergreens. spaghetti frutti di mare (appeared part) – 8.50€ I had read the three reviews again well, this court had addressed me very, visually on the photo, as well as in the non-ferior image language of carlo. the pasta straight from the pan came raw wonderful, tomato, basilikum, a hauch of garlic and an appetizing brise sea enjoyed the sense of the smell and made appetit. a little freshly ground pfeffer from the mill that I have abandoned, the dogma that I have liked to mention never with pasta with fish, even in italia, is treated very individually, but I personally also find that ripe parmesan is quite overlaid and is appreciated in most cases. what the nase had already heard pleasantly came to the palate in the greatest measure, a wonderful, discreet but perfectly sufficiently lubricated à la minute sugo from the pan: cherry tomatoes, a good olive oil, pfeffer, salt, some garlic – if the ingredients are correct, the taste comes almost completely from itself and here shows how authentic Southitas is cooked here. the pasta was pleasantly boiled al dente and was characterized by a high sugo absorption capacity, which is in the regular good quality. even the seafoods were not overwhelmed or actually courageously marinated to cold eating and still thrown into the pan, which is tasteful and my opinion treats gray, but sometimes in simple pizzerias. so sugo and the frutti di mare entered a wonderful symbiosis and these were butter soft and thus tastefully differentiable. pizza quattro stagioni (small) – 6€ primitivo – 0,2l 3.20€ we are talking pizza now! the fact that I had replaced the champignons by spinat seemed to have provoked the pizzaiolo so much that he tended to arrange the artichokes little lovingly, so it was more tre stagioni with a central season in the middle, but the seasons are being mixed more and more, perhaps a quiet protest against the climate change. but that was also already with the critique, the steaming round before me (no, not ridge,) like the pasta had very appealing aromen, a neapolitan pizza, as it is written in, hot directly from the one, that is for me dolce vita pure. the floor was tastefully also liked by the time when a simple pizza dough brings me to the childhood at first bite, reminiscent of italia celebrated and first pizza experiences are represented around 1980, then it says much for me personally. rich, honest, they taste the special flour, yeast, olive oil; the floor not thinly fragmented, but perhaps about 2mm thick and pleasantly crispy and stable enough to keep a pizza just at the edge, you would want to eat with the hands – the temperature in the often has tuned, so much is fixed. otherwise a beautiful, fruity round pizzaiola, sugo, soße, whatever they can tell her personally, also this does not overwürzt or flaps with garlic (my worst case.) the mozzarella run wonderful, salami and ham the average but very acceptable quality, the peperoni at the salami corner, which I prayed also let me eat for 3,20 you usually get no big drops in simple pizzerias, but unfortunately also a lot of frightening, the primitivo here was more than well drinkable, a solid, clean primitivo, which in its simple, uncleaned nature perfectly matched to eating. mascarpone alla grappa (small part) – 3,50€ I actually noticed that I pappsatt and no longer created dessert. mr. obacht managed to get rid of the far-away garish (or “Yetis Gefilden”, as beermann likes to call this sign) about first as an opulent dessert when I was not on the table for a minute. he then came with two spoons and good, help nix, they must try. two ordinary klempners of an alcohol-soaked mascarpon mass, on the top of the broken amarettini, in the middle a not straight sober, beautifully decorated small mirror of vanilla and schokosauce, with kiwi discs. in the presentation and tastefully added this to the small menu sequence: honest, good eating, as they can only wish a daily visit in a family-run, simple Italian restaurant. I refused a grappa to the house for automobile reasons, but it is offered and is very acceptable after grappa connaisseur first. Despite all the nostalgia, an EC payment can be done conveniently at the table, of course we also liked to have a tipp. Conclusion without question, questa emozione for all wuppertals who know this place from childhood and use dinners for a generational well-being or enjoy good pizza, pasta, steaks, beer and wein with friends or girls without lending it. but also without too much emotional a very decent traditional business, well-run, authentic cuisine, courtesy and present service and an excellent plv. the ambiente certainly won no price for modern interior design, I liked it well, everything was clean and well maintained, only the chairs might be a touch unpleasant. my madame liked the photos so well that I have to go with her next week, and I'll love to do this – a presto, cara pizza pazza!"
