"Split an overstuffed world-famous pastrami on rye with fries and half sour pickles. Fries were amazing and sandwich was huge and the best I?ve ever eaten. Service was super kind. We ate at table outside and every single dog that walked by stopped and investigated the area as if it?s the best smelling sidewalk ever ???????????."

"Easter dinner buffet, what an unorganized nightmare. Took over an hour just to check in and be “seated” at a table that wasn’t even ours. Food was cold and down to scraps by the time we were able to get a plate. Not to mention you had to nearly fight someone to get water because they couldn’t keep up with the demand? Nowhere was it told that there was no free soda. Don’t get me wrong the food was great but I will not ever come back or recommend friends or family to an event like this again."

"Alright so my mom and I went into this place to get some grub. We ended up spending $36. This doesn?t make sense to me. Who walks into a deli and spends that much on chips and a couple of sandwiches? My mom got TUNA FISH on a bagel. Did they catch thetuna themselves fresh? It comes from a can for crying out loud. SO overpriced. The bagel was STALE."

"Pretty disappointed in this bagel I got this morning. It was $6 and there was barely any cream cheese on this bagel. I decided to stop here after passing by. There are other bagel places in the area I will choose next time."

"French Bakeries: A Culinary Journey into Parisian DelightsIntroductionFrench bakeries, often known as boulangeries in France, hold a special place in the hearts of food enthusiasts worldwide. Renowned for their artisanal craftsmanship, delectable pastries, and rich traditions, these bakeries offer a true taste of France 's culinary heritage. In this review, we 'll take a delightful journey into the world of French bakeries, exploring their history, iconic offerings, and the unique experience they offer to both locals and tourists.Historical BackgroundThe roots of French bakeries can be traced back to medieval times when guilds regulated the production and sale of bread. By the 18th century, bread had become a staple of French cuisine, and bakeries were a common sight across the country. The French Revolution brought significant changes, including the nationalization of bread production, leading to the standardization of the iconic baguette we know today.Iconic PastriesOne cannot discuss French bakeries without mentioning their iconic pastries, each a work of art and a testament to the skills of the bakers. The buttery and flaky croissant, originating from Austria but perfected in France, remains a breakfast staple around the world. A true French bakery excels in creating macarons with a perfect balance of textures and flavors.Tarte aux fruits (fruit tart) showcases seasonal fruits atop a light pastry cream, while éclairs boast a creamy filling and glossy icing. Madeleines, little sponge cakes, evoke nostalgia with every bite.Baguettes and BeyondWhile pastries take the spotlight, French bakeries also offer an array of delicious bread. The baguette, an elongated loaf with a crisp crust and a soft interior, is perhaps the most iconic. It is not just a simple bread; it 's a cultural symbol of France. Pain de campagne, a rustic country bread, and brioche, a sweet, buttery dough, are equally popular choices. The ExperienceWalking into a French bakery is a sensory delight. The inviting aroma of freshly baked goods fills the air, drawing customers inside. The display showcases an assortment of colorful pastries and neatly arranged bread, creating a feast for the eyes.Bakeries are often adorned with a rustic charm, wooden shelves, and vintage décor. Bakers often take pride in upholding traditional techniques, passed down through generations. The hours leading up to breakfast are particularly significant, as locals rush in to secure their favorite baguettes or croissants. Witnessing a French bakery come alive during these morning hours is a sight to behold.Innovation and FusionWhile French bakeries stay true to their roots, they are not averse to innovation. Some modern bakeries experiment with fusion pastries, combining French flavors with influences from other cultures. This blending of culinary traditions creates unique delicacies, appealing to diverse tastes. The Art of BakingBehind the scenes, the art of baking unfolds, where bakers work with precision and dedication.
