"Most employees are nice. I usually have no problems here. But it wasn't great lately. Last time, my chicken was cold and like rubber. (But they should fall the chicken if your order it should be hot fresh) the ladies in the window look crazy and do not have good customer service skills. Maybe they only have a bad day, but all this combined way just ruin it!?"

"I like this place very much.their Garlic burger is the bomb! Juicy, fresh, savory. The garlic sauce on the bun is perfect and topped with a garlic salt on top of warm bun is the perfect finishing touch! Mmm great now I gotta go get one lol Now their shakes come in so many flavor combinations you are sure to find the perfect one for you. Mine is chocolate peanut butter. Now there is many other options on that menu such as soups, salads, chicken,and even hot dogs for a option on adult and kids menu's. And at great low prices. The only reasons I gave 4* not 5* is I'm not happy they changed their late hours to close early now like all else.Also NOT a fan of the shoe string fries although many disagree because they have different flavors of the fries like garlic parmesan. Why don't you be the judge of that. I highly recommend! Facts!"

"I decided to take my kids to steak and shake yesterday. What a disappointment. Steak and shake is no longer a family friendly restaurant. You have to order from a kiosk that is extremely limited. Cannot customize your order. The order was taking long. My son asked for a cup. To get water. The lady charged ten $2.49 for a 10 ounce Styrofoam cup. I have the receipt to prove it. At this rate. This location should just shut down. I do not recommend anyone to visit. This location. At all. Does steak and shake location is on? Sunrise Blvd. In sunrise, FL. Close to Sawgrass Mills."

"Pretty cool. You order from a screen and pay it with cash or credit card. There is a reception with your name on it and you wait for your food. We only have two shakes. I have the Mint Oreo, and my friend just has chocolate. Overall, it was a good experience."
