"Brilliant service and great food a place to go to if you want well made quality food for a reasonable price. We went in and were seen almost straight away to take our order, then it only took around 15 minutes for our food to come which I thought was very good I had one of the chicken burgers and it was amazing. "My family of four children and I go to Nandos a lot all around the country. We were therefore really surprised to find both the food and service disappointing at this Nandos in St Andrews. We were welcomed quickly and shown to our table...after a very short wait. I ordered straight away as we knew what we wanted. The starters took some time to arrive. The pitta bread was cold, and the hummus was too acidic to eat. It tasted off so we did not eat it. No one came to check how or food was, but we mentioned the issue to the waitress who cleared the table. The main meals were okay. The corn was soft as if it had been boiled too long and the peri chips were just chips. No one checked on us during the entire meal as Nandos normally do. The earlier waitress did not return to let us know about the hummus. We finished the meal. As we were leaving, I saw the waitress and asked about the hummus. She fetched the manager who told me that no one else had complained today. We left."

"Gluten free bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Was delicious although it had started to harden as gf bagels don 't microwave well. But really, really delicious. My husband normal bagel had chilli in the bagel and he had the Reubens so full of pastrami and gherkins. Happy man commented on how tasty and filling it was. Great work Bagelman! Your staff are great and I was really impressed to see the care taken to avoid cross contamination with my bagel."
